Chances are you wouldn't notice a difference between them. The Kicker is 425w x 2 @ 2ohm, and the RF is 400w x 2 @ 2ohm. You won't notice the difference in 50w......and they're both probably underrated by about the same amount. Go for which ever one is cheaper.

I think I'd go with the kicker based on my experience with them. Now if it was in the old days, I'd go RF all the way, but things have changed a little bit.
