Since it has factory keyless/trunk, the only thing you will need is a relay for your domelight (if done correctly) and a relay for your trunk pop.

I have a Viper 790xv w/ remote start, windows up/down, etc.. I am an MECP Certified "Professional" installer at a shop. DEI considers professional a viper authorized installation dealer.
Also, the responders work from quite a distance away. I am VERY happy with mine. I am also happy with the expandibility of mine. LIke i said, i have remote start, windows up/down, neons turning on by remote (611T latching/timed relay), and a dual field proximity sensor (508D). I couldn't be happier with my system.

I just got one the 790 off of ebay for $275.00

now I just have to save up for some accessories and I'm set.

i got it because it covers 2500 in equipment in my vehicle. i dont care about the vehicle.. its the stereo im worried about.

i got this fancy *** thing and it was constantly goofing up and the installers yanked her out and put in this cheaper thing that works a hell of a lot better. I have the echo LCD remote with vibrate and audible warnings as well as autostart and everything else. it was like 650.00 installed with the extra key for the RS. I also have four sirens hooked to it so its really freaking loud. I didnt even know you could do that but apparently you can with relays and stuff, and its kinda cool having a really loud alarm. I also had them set it up so you cant shock the frame and turn off the alarm. My last car got hit that way, according to the police.
