good amp for my sub?

ok i have been looking around and this amp says it will put out 800watts rms at 4 ohms bridged. so i am wondering if this will be a good amp for my MJ-18? out of these two wich would be better? oh and the second one is 1080 watts rms bridged at 4 ohm im assuming? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_10085_PowerBass+ASA+800.2.html

Yes, they are good for how much they cost. Not as underrated as some of the other brands like kicker etc but not overrated either.
