Good 12 subs to run 1400 rms

Im looking for opinions on 2 12 inch setup to run in a acura integra on a mmatts 1400.2 amp @ 2 ohm load. Something thatll sound good but not kill the budget to bad. The current setup runs at 1.8 ohm but wont handle the amp.

go for sa-10s/12s, or dc lvl 3s, skar vwx 10 or 12s, dd 1510 or 1512. theres a lot.

In most cases I would say run Obsidian or sundown or similar. However you are tight on space in the integra. So I would go DC which likes smaller enclosures. Assuming the budget allows of course.

if money is tight you can use db drive. they need small enclosure and still sound good

My boston G5s are running on that amount of power before box rise. They will work in 1 cube sealed too. But they are rare and discontinued and thus hard to find.

You could get 3 12'' MB Quart RWE 302 subs for under $200 from woofersetc. Rated 500w each & are the true German made Quart. They sound very' date=' very good. idk about being louder than the sa 12s. Maybe if they were ported but op would need a huge box for that.

Sundowns and skar are nice but your going to need more than that 1400 watts to run them well i'd lean more toward the skar thinking they wouldn't be as underrated as the sundowns are but not sure. well I do think he has enough power to run the skars and the deal you linked is really really good, I think the biggest problem is the amount of room the OP has to work with.

I have 2 skars in a ported box and the gross size of the box is 6.5 cubes, they like a large box, larger then what the OP has to work with. IMHO

My sing 15 holds4 cubes... Integrs trunks limit to about 4.5.

Why not some idqs? Or aq sdc2.5, ap txxx, re se, something tother thsn priorly listed.
