regaudless of what you get be careful with it, hope you have a sec/system, integras are one of the highest likely to be stolen cars...and one with a sound system...park that anywhere shady and it'll be gone.

Sundowns and skar are nice but your going to need more than that 1400 watts to run them well i'd lean more toward the skar thinking they wouldn't be as underrated as the sundowns are but not sure. Not sure why you would say that. a pair of SA drivers would be great off 1400w. They are rated at 600w to run all day-- literally. They will not fail at 600w. And they sound good at 600w. Can you give them more power? Sure. Do you have to be more careful and conservative with play time? Of course. But would a pair be good off 1400w? Absolutely.
