Golfers needed.. Question on buying new clubs...

One of our regulars is supposed to bring in the new Graffaloy prolaunch axis red for me to try out. Hopefully it helps keep my driver under control.
I think the Grafalloy shaft line are one of the best and very reasonable priced. I hit the regular Prolaunch Red and I liked it alot. I think the micro mesh shaft is the best price out there accuracy and distance. Prolaunch Axis red has the technology of the more expensive Axis but under $100.00.

Ft-5 is a great driver, but the 5900 will be more forgiving on off-center hits because of the square head.

For the irons, I'd say its a toss up between the R7's and the A3's. The A3's may pull ahead some because of the hybrids for the long irons.

I like the Adams because of the looks and you get a utility hybrids. The Callaway drivers on Rockbottomgolf only have it in senior flex. The Nike driver has alot of options in loft and shaft.

ok.. thaanks again guys.. hopefully ill get this all over with and bought/ or ordered by tomorrow..

I Reallly like the a3's .. i would have got them today but they only had regular shaft... the only 2 they had in stiff, were the nike cci's and the r7... But as said, i really like the look of the adams and they come with hybrids, the r7 or cci's didnt

as far as the driver.. ehhh i dont know what to do.. keep the ft3 or return it along with my putter and get the exact same putter and nike or ft5 ( if i can find a stiff club ) driver off rock bottom for 100 bucks less, and then order up the a3's at the same time

so the irons are done...

the putter i bought today ( i believe is this club )

But with a 2 ball mallet instead.. i think..??

i have never golfed however i do have ping irons and callaway drivers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
i really need to start
Once you start you won't stop. When I first started golf I was really bad like most golfers but I had some good hits and that's what kept me playing. Fishing and golfing are the two sports that I know of that you can play when you are young and old. I enjoy them both and will keep enjoying them when I'm old.

placing my order for the a3's now, i think the only thing i need left is a 3 wood, ( maybe a 5 )
suggestions?
Do you have some wedges? If not, you should buy that next since it's one of the clubs you will use most often besides the putter. Alot of golfers do not hit their approach shot into the green and will always have to pitch the third shot into the green.

If you are wanting a fairway wood and shopping from rockbottomgolf.com, look into this one http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/callaway-big-bertha-x-series-fairway-wood-graphite.html

anyone have experience with the adams irons?? the a3os

I was talking to a guy at the pro shop and he said some people consider even the stiff adams irons to be a little to flexible due to them being a company that started for older and or people with a weaker swing

Got my club head speed today

5 iron shots 10 shots avg - 91 mph

driver 10 shots - 108 mph

On Rockbottomgolf.com they have the A3 graph/steel in a stiff flex. I played with the original Adams Tight Lies tour with the graphite/steel shaft in stiff flex. The shaft is steel with graphite at the tip for better feel and progressive launch due to the length of the graphite.
