Give me your opinions...please....

im a newbie so if i sound stupid....im going to purchase an Alpine SWR-1022d sub and a Hifonics Brutus BX605 amp...i was gunna wire it to a 1 ohm load...subs gunna be in a 1.0 cu ft sealed box...will this be a good setup and will it sound good...im looking for more sq but want something that will thump if i turn it up....or if any body has some other suggestions...and thing would help....its going to be going in a 1998 s-10 reg cab....hope to hear some good news...thanks alot....

slot or tubed??? and about what size port ...i dont really know what to ask...its easy for me to build a sealed box but where would i put the port the front or side....i dunno ..
