Most do it at a local shop....I really should be able to tell you where those are around here, but I haven't gotten out to many this school year so just call around a bit.

Except those meters are not very accurate at all.

I have one for ghetto tuning my EQ, never for measuring max SPL though.

The only thing those meters are good for is determining your resonant frequency in-vehicle...otherwise, forget it.
