getting my stuff installed need some info

i think 537 is a fair price including parts from a shop as long as they do a very good job at it. They warranty their work im sure so thats always a plus with installs. How did they plan on mounting the comps? They can take an hour by itself easy depending on how you mount them.
ic. im planning to get it mounted on the doors. like drill a hole near the top. looks cool. can you guys give me the necessary parts for my install? all the wires needed. thanks! have no clue!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

Well kinda depends on how in depth you want to do your install. A basic install would need your mounting bracket and wiring harness for your headunit. You need an amp kit that includes power wire, ground wire, fuse, fuse holder, speaker wire, 2 sets of RCAs, a remote wire. You should get some extra speaker wire. Some male terminal connectors. Some crimp caps. You need a hole saw if you plan on making a hole in that door. Also, if you want to a better install its better to use either masonite or MDF if you have room and cut them with a jigsaw into rings to act as a baffle rather than screwing the speakers directly to the sheet metal. Also if you want to get a bit of deadener to put behind your speaker or even do the entire door if you want. I mean the list just keeps growing as you get more involved in the install. Best thing you can do if you plan on doing it yourself is really plan out where everything is going to be installed and where all the wires are going to run and hide before you start so you can have a nice clean install.
