Getting 2 SR12's need some advice.

nothing just trying to get an idea of how big it'll be compared to the sub box.

what I want out of the system is good sound and some boom boom. I would probly be happy with spending a total of $200 on subs and an amp but i'm one of those people that when i buy something i want to get something decent no matter what it is.

well, I listen to everything except country. Love Tool. listen to linkin park, and other good sounding guitar music. But I do like to bump rap when i can, i just dont at the moment for lack of bump.

You could say i'm into more SQ than SPL. I have a pair of Audio Technique ATH-A700's (nice headphones) that i listen to music with daily on my computer and i think my system in my car sounds a tad better, could be the audio card i'm running off of on my computer but oh well.

i'd like to be able to give myself or passengers a headache if need me but still be able to enjoy good sounding music as well.

well, right now i have room for 2 12's probly even 4 12's but that might be pushin it but thats an idea of how much room. I currenty have the box in the trunk right now that i plan on using. It's a sealed dual 12" box that you would get from circuit city for $60.

As for what i want to spend, i'm getting my tax check and will have plenty to spend but not a whole lot. also keep in mind it is a 93' Altima and doesn't have a security system. All locks and windows work. Original 80amp Alternator, new Engergizer battery.

So with all that said maybe, $500 maybe a little over. Thats for subs and amp. No wiring. Cap if need be. Doesn't have to be 2 12's i'm open to anything.

they are stereo integrity bms and trust me they are fantastic

Why go with the sr, there are much nicer drivers out there for the price... Type r and the CVX should be somwhere in that price range

i ran one of those at 400 rms and it sounded better and louder than two kicker cvrs at 900 rms

hit every note flawlessly
