I think in order to be on welfare women should be required to get a semi-permanent contraceptive device like a Norplant, so they can't have more kids. No contraception - No government money.

Yeah, because such an invasive procedure really is preferable to simply not putting them on welfare in the first place.

life's hard w/o a good role model at home(#1 problem in this country imo ). What exactly do you mean "nail" a student for mispelling a word?

By "nail," I mean take off a point or two. There has been no emphasis on spelling for years from what I have seen.

Hey, if people are content having the spelling ability of a 3rd grader then so be it. People don't even use the general rules of spelling these days. It really is pathetic.

Yeah, the ill have twenty kids to claim more welfare, then not even guse the cash on the kids but on a rusted out ***** am, NASCAR gear, and the bar attitude.

Then in a few years you got twenty more degenerates doing the same thing cause thats what they grew up learning.

Actually the norplant is not invasive, but not having welfare at all isn't a good answer either.

imo unless you are not mentally/physically able to get a job you should not be entitled to welfare for more than like 3 months

he got busted in 04 too for the same shit.. like 5lbs and 200 plants and assualt riffles... my friend's dad made the biggest drug bust a few years ago, trying to find the info on it.

I find it sad that so many people need a computer for spell checking.

People get lazy, and spell checking doesn't always pick up errors(there/their, affect/effect, etc)
