gain setting

if i set my gain with a dmm and i unhook my subs how do i set it to 1ohm with subs unhooked this is what im suposed to get 1200 Watts -- 1.0 Ohms, V=34.64 -- 2.0 Ohms, V=48.98 -- 4.0 Ohms, V=69.28 -- 8.0 Ohms, V=97.97

but how does the amp know this do i set it to 4ohm or 2ohm or 1ohm with subs not hooked up, it will be running 1 ohm with subs hooked up

hit me up then it was copied off this web site so are you saying this is not right im asking if i set my volts on my amp to 34.64 volts is that going to give me 1200 watts at 1ohm so if you cant answer that stay off my post putting up bs wasting my time and yours

the specs at ampguts must be wrong. Everything says it's the same as the nine.1, so it must be ~450@4, 900@2 & 1200@1. I don't think it has an intelligent power supply like the JL's.

ok so i just set it with subs unhooked then then when i hook my subs back up in a one ohm load that shoul get it correct
