Fuse Size between Alt and Battery

I just ordered a 140amp HO alt from Excessive amperage. My question is what size fuse do I need between my battery and alternator? I have 4 gauge wire ran, and I am assuming that is enough. I just don't know what size of a fuse to put between my alt and battery?

You fuse for the current handling of the cable, use this chart to find your fuse size.

Yeah its 4 gauge wire from alt - batt. So 150 will be fine right? Just clarifying to be 100% sure.

for a 4 gauge wire i have 80a and it works fine

uh oh. i have a 160a alt, and a 1600w amp. and im using a 60a fuse X_X
