I am going to be running a viper 1200.1 and a Insignia 120x4.

viper = 3x30a fuses

Insignia = 2x20 a fuses

What size inline fuse should I have at the battery?

I was thinking 150amp but I'm not too sure if this correct.

4 awg all around for power grounds and big 3.
