fuse question

im going to run a 350 watt pioneer sub off of a 150 watt amp, the amp is alphasonik so is it critical i fuse it?

Yes. Fuse it anyway, it never hurts. and the amp probly has fuses.

It is critical to fuse the power wire coming from the battery and going to the amp as close to the battery as possible. This is to protect the car from fire if something happens to the wire and it shorts out. If you are only running the one amp, you can size the underhood fuse to protect the amp and you won't need another.
