fuse placement help

I have a 2005 Chevy Blazer. I have the stock AC delco battery upfront, and I ran one positive and one negative run to the back. I hae one 100ah deep cycle battery in the back. The battery is pretty close to the amp.

Where should I place my fuses? My amp came with a 200a fuse and fuseholder.

fuse between back battery and amp for sure.

do you have a fuse between the 2 batteries? if not, do atleast one there
