fuse keeps blowing

I dont believe the Kenwood 7203 is 1ohm stable. I believe your subs are wired to 1 ohm and is why you keep blowing your fuse. If you can put up some pics of your subs so I can see the wiring I can talk you through re wiring it.

I took a look at all the alphasonik 600 series subs and they say they have dual 4 ohm subs.

If they are hooked up positive to positive from the coils to the amp they are run in parallel. When you put those together you make your sub a 2 ohm sub. When bridged you create a 1 ohm draw. Your Kenwood is not 1 ohm stable. Thats why your blowing the fuse at the amp.

Just my opinion.

thanks alot for your advice its much appreciated i'll have to get the photos 2moro as my cars is in the garage i'll be glad to get this sorted its been drivin me nuts for months

well im sure its because your impendence is too low,

and the current draw is too much for the amps fuse. take the sub out of the box and take a picture of the input connections with the wires attached still so we can see if its wired incorrectly or not.
