So, who here honestly thinks that two 12's sealed under the back seat of my 05 F-150 will put me near a 47-48 TL?

I want honest responses, and humor me with why it wont do it...

RD Alphas.

Sealed.

Two 12's.

Two PA3000DB's, just because I already have one and the second is cheap as hell, and gives sufficient power.

Kenwood 8019 HU.

Hummm, I think that would be stretching it.

How big of a box are we talking here? I wouldn't think it could be to big being under the back seats. You have the power, check. You have some decent subs, check. Is your electrical up to par?

I say mid 140's, but high 140's I am doubting, but not saying it can't be done, just don't have much room to work with.

Now if you said you are taking out the back seat and putting a ported box in with those amps, yes, no doubt, lol!

I still can't believe you got rid of your Mazda Speed for a F-150 truck. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Love their trucks, but you had a sick car!

Depends upon how high you tune that sealed box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
lol.

Honestly you dont curretnly have the air volume nor surface area to pull that off with just two 12's. I dont care if you give those subs 20,000 watts, they're still not going to overcome the physics.

i had 2 type R's sealed. they did 139. a badass sub built for a sealed application could pull it off. i heard 2 boston spg555's sealed that were impressive to the ear. that's a completely useless assesment of what they would actually hit on a meter though.

in that vehicle with that set us, no. i have been competing the past 2 years dbdrag & iasca. legal on a tl or an ac190 it just is not going to happen. now take that vehicle & do an extream build on it & yes it is possible.
