I only have two kicker 10s and a pioneer amp with a max power of 760 watts. I have melted three AGU glass fuse holders and finally got an ANL fuse now im wondering if the melting fuses could have damaged the wiring?

As mentioned before you most likely have a loose connection. If two wires aren't in very good contact, the electrons will have to "jump" to go across. This generates a lot of heat and could be what's burning up your fuse holders. However, since you said you've gone through multiple fuse holders, it sounds more like a problem with the wire that's creating a lot of resistance (corrosion/oxidation)
What's the wiring kit you used, and what size fuses are you using? Is your ground attached to bare metal (sanded away so there is no paint or primer)
