fuse help???

The thing is, the inline fuse is going to protect the wire and your vehicle, not the amplifiers. The onboard fuses will do that for them. If you have a wire, say 0awg over a reasonable length, then a 200A fuse should be fine, but if you have 4awg over that spread, then no, it is not fine. Get it?

 
Then the 200 will be fine, but at the split, you will want to fuse each wire. Whwenever decreasing in wire size, fuses are usually called for due to the dramatic decrease in amperage carrying capability. The 200A that could be allowed to pass through the 12ft run of 0awg would/could burn up the 4awg.
