Fuse all power wires coming off of battery positive terminals.
Each wire to your dual inputs would be fine to fuse at 200 amps.
I always fuse before my amps. With two D3100's in the back, you've got over 2000 amps cranking. Probably around 3000 amps dead short total for all your batteries. That's a lot of current and will do serious damage.
