Are The Fuses In The Engine Bay Constant Power?

Im Installing LED WindShield Washers, And My Headlight Wires Arent Reachable.. So I Wanted To Put The Postive wire Into A Fuse.. Is That Okay?

use a dmm and fine a switched source...maybe the headlight relay

i dont think they have dmm's....you can look at the relay for the headlights....they have a diagram....just wire it to there

Autolamps Relay, Multi Function Switch, Headlamp Switch.. Fuse Location 22, Fuse Amp Rating 30A.

Thats it Right?

you dont need a digital multimeter any multimeter will tell you that.
