Don't you think they may trace this back to you? I mean, sure they can't like, prove you did it, but wouldn't the next person obviously try to bring the car back and tell them that blah blah blah is happening, then they'd see the last person who rented the car without complaining (you), and take some sort of legal action if you are found to be responsible?

True but they can not prove that it was me. I told them about the horn going off when ever someone sits in the seat.

Haha, it never did rain last week, but I did tell them about the seat so they can not start blaming it on me.I had to make the video for all you guys to see.
