full power at 2 ohms?

So as I was surfing eghey, I read on a robot underground listing that any amp can put out full power out at 2 ohms, by adjusting the gain accordingly. WTF??? wouldn't that make your amp a clip-a-saurus rex? Someone with knowledge of amps/electrical chime in please, and by someone with KNOWLEDGE, I mean IDSkot can't reply:fyi:
