You're also assuming that Decipha is even from new orleans, You're also assuming that there was AN ACTUAL hurricane...

New Orleans also has a serious drug problem...
Could you imagine all those addicts unable to get a fix? ****.. now thats scary.

not only that, think of the people that were on prescribed medication that couldn't go to the pharmacy and get their necessary medication. I have to remind you that there was no working stores. All power was down, we didn't have running water, it was hot, at night you couldn't sleep because the skeeters attacked you. People were hungry, thirst, tired, and lord knows what else. The only noise you heard was helicopters flying around all night. The only light you have is a candle if you were lucky enuff to have one or a flashlight if you had batteries that still worked.

We also don't have the whole story now do we. This is all coming from hear say. Did the kid have a gun? was he really 11? Did they tell him to go home first? Did it all even happen?

Here's the story from me as i seen it happen.

I was on my back patio making an MRE and I seen a boy across the street walking toward my direction. Now from where I was standing I could see the street and the side street that turns on my street. As i'm sitting out there waiting for my MRE to heat up I'm watching to see where he goes. As I'm watching him I see a group of military people walking from around the corner. Before the kid even got to the street curb the soldiers opened fire on him. From what i seen the kid was not threatening anybody in any way, I didn't see any weapons or anything, it was just a kid walking and they killed him right in front of my eyes. The day after I was told from some neighbors that the kid was 11 years old. I'm not 100% sure if he was or not but I do know that he wasn't doing anything wrong and the military opened fire on him. I'm telling you this first hand i actually witnessed this happen. If you don't want to believe me don't im not forcing you to, you can believe anything you want. I'm just letting you know what I seen and all the corupt shiit that i witnessed happen.
