There was no reason to gun him down, no questions asked. What if he was looking for his parents? I guess that thought never crossed your mind...

We also don't have the whole story now do we. This is all coming from hear say. Did the kid have a gun? was he really 11? Did they tell him to go home first? Did it all even happen?

yes the communication was a problem as well, as most don't know the military took over all sprint cell phone towers and the rest were all out of wack. The only thing we had to go by was the radio and hear-say.

Also it was pretty stupid to have the police that had just suffered going thru the hurrican and flooding out there to protect the city.

usually if a cop goes thru something traumatic they take him off the job right away..

if he was just walking across the street and had no weapons he shouldn't have been shot. just tell the kid, go home or i'm gonna kill you, and if he refuses then off him.

You're also assuming that Decipha is even from new orleans, You're also assuming that there was AN ACTUAL hurricane...

Did You go and verify ANY of these facts?

And yes, the situaction in NO is horrible.

I wonder how many deaths occured after the fact, compared to being killed by the actual hurricane.

same information eh? What are You basing these points on? I can link You to approx 47 (at last count) links to MSN, ABC, CNN, and alot of other acronyms. If You like I will copy & paste the 17 emails I have in my Gmail from my friends and family - in - law - to - be.

In the end, all of this "information" is circumstantial, at best.
