Fuk Katrina & FEMA (by Decipha)

and it's someone elses fault that he didnt know, right? Lemme guess who... the govt? the NOAA?? the national guard???

hmm... maybe his PARENTS?

NOOOOOO, cant be!!!

don't argue over who was right or wrong, I don't believe its right to kill any one with out a valid reason, yes maybe the kid was outside past curfew, maybe he had an emergency or something i don't know all i know is that I seen the kid walking across the street then the next thing i know we heard gun shots and he's on the ground bleeding. I'm not going to judge wether or not it was right or wrong i just know what i seen. But that's just small things only if the public knew what was going on down there it would be a completly different story.

Shenanigans.
alright, I take it back, the Television should have taught him. or the internet, or a car audio subwoofer.

anyone BUT the parents.

Oh, and IB4SomeoneSays"HisParentsMight'veBeenDead"

....cause, his parents had 5, FIVE days to get him out of there.

again, I'm glad that You are alright.

that being said, You stayed, I don't feel that I should have to pay taxes to pull Your *** out at gunpoint at 3am. I understand that You didnot want to leave, but You staying means even more lost man hours for the S&R teams that have to pull out "willing evacuees".

The "S&R Teams" should be there to pull out the sick, elderly, and incapable... not fight with people that didn't leave. **** the money, too many people lost their lives because of stupidity.

here i'll give you some more truth. Every one was a looter, no stores were open, people were hungry and thirsty. We had no choice but to loot. I was inside circle K and they had elderly people stealing, that's how bad it was. We needed food and water and FEMA redcross and all the other agencies weren't doing shiit. But theres a difference between stealing necessities and materials. We have a hibernia bank right up the street from where i lived and some people broke in there and stole bags of money. The mall was broken in to and then set on fire. It was crazy and hectic, kind of like a free city, you can do what ever you want and take what ever you want and their was no cops to stop you.

You are the very definition of *******.

There's no excuse for gunning an innocent CHILD down for no reason. If he was looting, had a weapon, etc. then perhaps, but you don't gun someone gun who is just walking across the street without saying anything. Would it have been SO hard to get the kid's attention, remind him of the curfew IF he even knew in the first place (what with there being no communication and all, it might have been hard for some people to find out), and give him a chance to get back inside.

I'm happy to see you back, Decipha.

The events you're describing are just horrific. A testament to human nature. Only in trying times do you see just what people are really made of. The ****, looting, killing - who would see this tragedy as an opportunity to do anything besides get the hell out of New Orleans? No offense, knowing you wanted to stay, but right now there isn't anything for you there.

What's worse, after what you've said, all I can do is wonder how many of the 30,000 dead would have done the same? How many women and children were lucky to have drowned; saved from a far worse fate at the hands of their neighbors and peers? How many deserved what happened to them?

What is this country become? At least God knows his own.

I agree with you to a certain extent. They had many people that couldn't just up and leave. I was one of them, I didn't have the money at the time to leave if I did I'm pretty sure I would have. Not only that I helped out the community more than you could imagine. Yes i did loot and steal things but I didn't take anything we didn't need. I was actually going around passing out food and drinks to people who needed it. I was stealing ice from the redcross to bring to people with diabeties to keep their insulin or what ever that shiit is cold. I did more for other people than I did for myself. So don't tell me I was a drag and that I should have left. Most people that stayed in my area didn't want to stay but didn't really have a choice, not every one has the money to just start a new life some where else. Not only that gas was impossible to find. The only stations that did have gas was reserved for emergency vehicles. I'm not trying to put you down or insult you I'm just saying that maybe if you had more information on the situation you wouldn't think the same way.

So, because a person is 11 years old and breaks a law, its okay? right? cause, 11 year old's cant get a hardon and **** someone.

What about a 14 year old? what about an 18 year old? where is the line drawn?

Or are the laws different in the Utopian world that You live in?

thanks, I'm glad to be back.

there's much more things I witnessed that I don't have the stomach to talk about right now but I agree with you. In a state of emergency I think people should help not make the situation worse. But whats even more bothering than knowing about whats going on, is to sit there and witness it first hand knowing theirs nothing you can do about it. It's a sick feeling to watch a little kid or woman get ***** or beat up or thrown off a building and sitting back just watching knowing theres nothing at all you can do about it but just watch and hope their ok. Sometimes i even hoped some people would die just to end the suffering. They had little kids im talking 2 year girls that got ***** its just downgrading, how can any one **** a baby. It just inhumane and just fukin sick.
