Brand new never had a draw on it. You can see the build date is 2/12 on the top there. It was taken from a place called IBS in oklahoma and shipped to texas where i picked it up. dont know why the stickers were taken off though. but they were only replaced by the original company because you cant service these batts (can only service wet cell batts). But it works 100% and rest at 12.7
