I figured LED lighting is geared towards a different type of buyer, so I'm separating the lighting stuff from the audio. Been on the forums for a long time, ebay for over 10 years, 300+ feedback (old_one_eye). Price does NOT including shipping or paypal. Make me an offer if interested in more than one item.
Varad ULX-310 1000 color undercar LED kit.
NIB. This bad boy has 1000 color combinations. Used to sell for $300, asking $125. I'm not so good with descriptions, so I ganked this one from Crutchfield's site:
If you're lighting the underside of your car, LED kits from Varad are definitely the way to go. LEDs are brighter, longer-lasting, and more versatile than neon, so their effects are more dramatic. Varad houses its under-car LEDs in sturdy, clear plastic, which gives them an incredibly low profile. They install more neatly, and they're much less likely to break.
LEDs are usually directional, and tend to create "dots" on the pavement. Varad's engineers solved this dilemma by designing an ingenious dispersion method; each LED's light spreads out and blends with the light from the others in the tube. The result: LED brightness with neon smoothness.
The four-tube ULX310 kit lets you create and select 1,000 different colors. The kit includes a dash- or console-mountable control module that lets you choose the color and effect you want — solid, scanning, chasing, or strobe — and lets you set them to react to your music. A mini LED array on the module lets you know which effect you're currently using.

Varad ILS200 Lightbar system and 2 Orb5 expansion kits.
NIB. These are similar to the under car kit as they can do 1000 colors as well as being able to expand (with the 2 ORB5 kits as part of the package deal). The retail price I guess is $150 for the kit and $40 for each Orb kit). Asking $100 for the whole deal.

Varad IL2WRE Interior LED system.
NIB. I have two sets of these. These can be daisy chained to the suspension lighting above (increasing the number of lights by 50% or 100% depending of if you get one or both). Can also be used as a stand alone. Red in color, normally go for $100, asking $35 each. These are waterproof as well, and are similar to the footwell lights you see in the newer Scions.
Varad LED Scanner
VS450RE (Red)
7 Superbright LEDS, 10 patterns, multiple speeds. NIB. Works with or without an alarm system (I couldn't bring myself to put it in my car, just hid an LED in the car flush mounted). Sells for about $25 online, asking $13.
Varad SL210RED
Also NIB. This is a suspension lighting kit. Basically they took 4 super high power 1 watt LEDs (they give off so much heat and light they have to be put onto a metal heatsink to keep them cool), put them in a waterproof casing and combined it with a controller. You don't have to use it for your suspension, it would work great in other applications (amp rack, trunk, under dash, you name it). Includes the 4 LEDs, digital controller that controls brightness, strobe, breath, music reactor (responds to the music using some sort of sensor (microphone or vibration, not entirely sure). Wired remote control. Can be daisy chained with other Varad products. Expandable to up to 8 LEDs total. Normally sells for $250. Asking $100.
Varad Headlight flashers.
These go in your headlights and you can set them up to flash with the LED when the alarm goes off, or hook it up to the the siren output to have it flash when the alarm goes off. NIB. Have two of them. Part number is RED-HLF104 (yes, they are red). Going rate seems to be about $15 each, asking $8 each. 2 available.
