Front stage for 145db?

Stright from the website of some of if not the most proclaimed drivers on earth..

"Cone

Like other Legatia SE midrange designs, you will

find no composite or metal cone materials used on

the L8SE, as our approach to point-sourcing is to

allow the Legatia SE midbass/midrange driver to

effectively play into middle and upper midrange

frequencies. The Legatia L8SE is a cone-type driver

consisting of a proprietary hybrid paper diaphragm

with extremely low moving mass. Paper is widely

acknowledged as the best-damping material, as

it provides the near optimum balance of strength

and weight. The cone has been treated with a

water resistant element at the rear to accommodate

door mounting, or other areas prone to occasional

contact with liquid. The cone design offers a wide

dispersion pattern to make for flexible installation

and speaker location. The Legatia L8SE has an

outstanding extended frequency response; the

usable frequency range of this driver exceeds seven

complete octaves of usable bandwidth on-axis (40

Hz – 5,000+ Hz). Even off-axis, the L8SE faithfully

recreates more than five full octaves of information,

for the ultimate midrange/full-range driver."

Did you even look at that stuff you linked? It shows it losing off axis at 2000hz. Just like my posted graph does. I'm a competitor. I kind of have to know this stuff.

Btw. As HAT said. 5 octaves from 40hz is less then 2000hz.

You are a brick.

And i told you more than 10 tumes your ******* is installing gear wrong if you want the response desired. If he puts the driver 45 degrees off axis its good up to 2500hz with ease. On axis its good to 5kw. You are recommending 1khz.

If you would measure dispersion patterens like i have and plotted them and did REAL testing you would know that properly installing equpiment instead of trying to use a dsp that generally destroys phase you would understand 2500hz of a properly designed midrange can be implemented and minimize unnecessary processing.

I bet you cannot locate my **** midrange crossed at 4kw..

Just stop. You are wrong. The graphs you are showing prove you are wrong. You clearly do not understand wtf you are talking about.
Yea. Like you can even explain your head from your *******.

Its a free air fr plot at 1 meter with varying mic placements.

It standard measuring technique and it shows the drivers are easily capable of playing well past 2000 hz despite what you think these graphs prove that output is linear off axis up to 4k on most 6.5s and 25pp on 8" drivers designed for it.

You lack the understanding of beaming. You might know what it is but you certianly don't understand how you can improve dispersion.
