Front-Right and Rear-Right Switched

My Front-Right and Rear-Right Speakers are Switched meaning when i change the fader front right actually plays the rear right speaker and vice versa... so I redid the wires everything was fine. Then the next day the two channels were switched again? What can be causing this? Or do I have a mischevious speaker wire gremlin living in my trunk?
