I got 2 - 12 Alpine type-e. When i turn my HU on my subs thump. Does the same thing when i change the songs. How can i fix that? And when my head unit is turned down my speakers still thump. How can i fix that?

sounds like you have a bad ground. make sure all you grounds are secure at your HU and amp/amps. if that doesnt fix it then swap out rca's and see what that does. if your still having the problem report back to us
