I have 6.5" component speakers in the front of my car, and I just installed a new amp due to my last one having a problem. Now that I've installed the amp, the 6.5" speaker of my front left component speaker only makes crackling noises. It makes no noise up to a certain volume level then makes only a crackling static noise with no music. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to buy a new speaker? Also, if I do have to buy a new speaker is it possible to just buy the 6.5" part since the tweeter seems to work fine?
