Audiocontrol Epicenter Setup question

I am in the process of setting up my new system, HU is installed (Parrot Asteroid Smart) and as I am building back I have a problem, I am running a Clarion 7 band EQ and an Audiocontrol Epicenter in Dash.

I am curious if I can run the output of the EQ's sub channel into the Epicenter or if I need to run the sub directly from the dash. The Epicenter says to cancel all EQ on the sub frequencies, (and I plan to do this from the EQ) but I am wondering if having the extra link in the chain will cause problems. The main reason for wanting to do this is to have a physical volume knob (My HU is only touchscreen with no actual buttons) and I dont want the sub channel going crazy all by itself, rather keep it all unified.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to DIYMA some people there are willing to remote tune it for you for a small fee. Usually around 30-50 dollars.
