hes on a tight budget...

im going to sell him my 9857 for $200

im thinking he would like a 12" ported with maybe 600-800 watts...nothing too crazy just wants some bump and whatnot...he IM'ed me today saying he was checking out BB's website and i told him no ill take care of him...

so help me out fellas...tight budget, looking to blend well with stock speakers for now...maybe a sub that doesn't need a huge ported box, and sounds good..HES NOT INTO HUGE SPL but isnt a SQ critic either

hmm i think a 15" and amp id need to get that thing moving is a little to pricey and a little to much for him

I know what an Fi Q is but not a Que..lol reminds me of the time that Scott Atwell saw someone posting about an FI instead of Fi, and he said "Whats an FI?", I then went on to explain to him WHO Scott Atwell was, and all about Fi subwoofers, the whole time not realizing that it was Scott who I was talking to. The next guy to post said "Do you realize that you just told Scott Atwell WHO Scott Atwell is?"

ehh i think the CVR's would crave too much power for his budget...i think im gonna pick up the used SI BM for 180 in the FS section...and i need a nice amp that does around 600 watts at 2 ohms and then throw it in a properly sized ported box

only problem with this is if anything happens you're also the one that has to fix it and what not
