Friend has $150, what sub/subs to get?

Open to reccomendations! kenwood has some 12" subs that do 400RMS for about $50 a piece, but i've never heard/used/seen them before.

He has about $150 tops for subs alone.

Circuit City has cvrs' right now at buy one get one free. My wife "surprised" me yesterday with a set after my Kenwood subs blew. I gotta say they sound pretty darn good compared to those crappy Kenwoods I had. Thses cvrs' get louder and are alot cleaner. I was gonna go with a set of Diamond D3s' but ill stick with these kickers. Now since my wife bought me new subs what do with the cash I had set aside for subs. He He maybe new components................

motorjoy gto's they are like 35 bucks a peice 300rms 1200 peak do not get the silver ones get the black ones. the new models sucks compared to the new ones. they run the same price. and they wang my friend in a sealed box very high spl. and get a powerzone pzi 1000 watt amp. bridge it and i promise you want be disapointed.
