Fried my Audiopipe Apsm-1500 - Got a few questions

The jbl is the better amp vs the cadence and I have never had problems with any amps on here. The Lanzar is .5 ohm. Look at the manual. The jbl is you're VCR optioption. Buy it on here through Paypal. I would do it. Jbl makes power houses I just sold mine to get a jbl gto2400
I wanna get the JBL but if there is a problem with my electrical (aka my ground being bad) and I blow that jbl, its all over. At least if I get one off of ebay, the store that I bought from will give me my money back for the return.

knowing that jbl personally, it's a great amp, but it is going to want every bit of the 160a @2 ohms to run stable and cool. will not fair well on 4awg, and you should have a decent sized alternator. if you keep the levels/power turned down, and avoid bug power drops in your car, it would be fine, but who is going to resist pushing it, lol. your call.

So I shouldn't get that.. I want something I can have some loud bass flexin my window. The AP did that but just not for very long lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I understand what your saying but the problem with the AP was not that I ran it too low of ohms that it could not handle it. I was running it at 2 ohms and its a 1 ohm stable @1500w. 2 ohms shouldn't be nearly so stressful to the point of it burning up and frying.
So idk why I'd need a .5 ohm stable when I'm not even getting to 1 ohms, I'm at 2 ohms
I know it has already been said, but you need to get a better amp. I've had 2 Audiopipes quit on me and I wasn't pushing them hard. I have 2 Hifonics brz2400s, 2 Zxi amps, and no issues what so ever. I got the Hifonics because I was on a budget. I hope your not listening to those youtube experts talking about this amp does clean power? I had a 4 ch Audiopipe amp that kept cutting off because it was getting hot, and the fan never kicked in. I don't care if it was defective, I just didn't want another one. Then my ap30001d burned up. I did do a direct swap with the 4 ch AP amp to a RF Power 3002, and my highs and mids sounded much clearer. There was a big difference. The Rockford amp was just better built and didn't need a fan. The head was an Alpine w505 with the imprint pxa-h100. Save your money and don't waste $240 on 2 bad amps! Go without bass until you can get a better amp. It fried because the quality isn't there. Some are good and some are trash because of the people that build them overseas.
