Fried my Audiopipe Apsm-1500 - Got a few questions

I know it has already been said, but you need to get a better amp. I've had 2 Audiopipes quit on me and I wasn't pushing them hard. I have 2 Hifonics brz2400s, 2 Zxi amps, and no issues what so ever. I got the Hifonics because I was on a budget. I hope your not listening to those youtube experts talking about this amp does clean power? I had a 4 ch Audiopipe amp that kept cutting off because it was getting hot, and the fan never kicked in. I don't care if it was defective, I just didn't want another one. Then my ap30001d burned up. I did do a direct swap with the 4 ch AP amp to a RF Power 3002, and my highs and mids sounded much clearer. There was a big difference. The Rockford amp was just better built and didn't need a fan. The head was an Alpine w505 with the imprint pxa-h100. Save your money and don't waste $240 on 2 bad amps! Go without bass until you can get a better amp. It fried because the quality isn't there. Some are good and some are trash because of the people that build them overseas.

I think the Brz is better quality, but for the sub you have the Opti1500d would be better. Maybe you plan on getting another sub, but you would have spent less money on an amp with a dual 2 ohm sub.

x2 this is basically what i have been saying get the lanzar korean amp its a brick, I rank it above the brz line. the brz are great budget amps but a little less quality in the build but above the audiopipe

he had another thread were he said he turns his HU sub out put on +15. i have a feeling he clipped the sh|t out of it

The Lanzar only says it gives out 350w @ 2 ohms.. Isn't that bad?

Also even on lanzar.com it says the Opti1500d is 1 ohm stable. Not .5

Some say 0, but idk how because my sub doesn't even move when at 0. Even with gain all the way up on amp.

x2 this is basically what i have been saying get the lanzar korean amp its a brick, I rank it above the brz line. the brz are great budget amps but a little less quality in the build but above the audiopipe

It is marked down $130 lower than the 1500...$249 makes it a hell of a deal for 1600 @1.3 ohms and 2000 @ .5 rated.

1500 is 190 on ebay but yes i would also get the 2000 it leaves so much more room for upgradability so he wouldnt have to change amps. could run at 2 ohms on the opti2000 for 1100rms and when he gets the extra battery down the road, really give that hdc3 what it wants wit 2000rms

It'd be nice but I'll be completely honest, there is no more upgrading lmao. I barely fit a good box for this one sub in my car, I could never nearly have 2. I just a want a good budget amp, and you say that is the bzr correct? I may get it on ebay and if i'm not satisfied then I will send it back and save up for that lanzar. What you guys think about that?

15/15 or all the way up on the hu. Been said multiple times. everything else flat. then set your gain with a dmm dd1 or oscilloscope
