Fried my Audiopipe Apsm-1500 - Got a few questions

Alright so it played for about 2 mins and absolutely smoked and fried and crackled it was awful. So I have a few questions.

First, how can I check my audioque 12" if its blown? we put a meter on it and it read 2.5 ohms. It should be wired at 2 ohms so that's still ok right? It doesn't scrap when I pushed the sub in either.

Also I ran the sub the exact same way wired like 15 mins like 3-4 days ago when I wiggled my wire connector and the power finally came back on and it did fine. Today it lasted two minutes and it smoked and popped. The fuse didn't blow either. Everything is fine.

The only thing I and my dad can think of is maybe we got a speaker terminal wrong? Would that do that?

Ask me any questions that might diagnose wtf happened and I'll try to answer them.. Cuz I wanna know wtf happened lol.

???hm possibly. not 100% sure tho, usually if you have a terminal wrong it sounds like crap. im just curious i think you posted a thread before and you said you set your sub output to +15, not sure if it was you, but what do you set your sub out put on

My hu was on 15. I tried it on 0 and the sub basically doesn't move.

Install error, would happen with any amp.
What do you think I made an error on? The only thing I can think of is the speaker terminals.

audiopipe happened
Are they bad amps?

My hu has 8v outs. I have my sub output all the way up and my gains were set at minimum on 2 separate amps. Open up amp and take gut shots
I prolly will open it up tomorrow. There is like a power supply on the left side and the circuit for the speaker terminals on the right side.. Correct? The right side is what was so hot and most likely burnt up.

Any ideas on how I can check my sub? In screwed if it's damaged.
