Fixable mid?

try to push up on the lead that detached from the cone and see if it starts playing. That was my most recent problem with it, had to ca glue it back on the cone. I think most adhesives should work.
Yeah they both started playing as long as I held the leads in place. Guess Ima glue them back and hope it stays

 
Try Amazing Goop.

Put a little on each piece, wait a couple minutes, hold it for a bit, then let it sit there for 24 hours (they recommend 48-72 hours in some cases for full strength). I went full retard and cut through a sub cone all the way around trying to get the dustcap off. I slapped some of that on there, waited 3 days and it holds like a champ.

I used e6000, it's about the same thing as goop, i believe. They both work on low power right now. Just tested them gonna let the glue dry a little longer before I put full power back on em.
