You have speakers in the rear deck? Yank them and see if it gets louder.

Lag, FTL. Anyways, no speakers in there. I haven't ran a rear fill since I put my PRS components in. It did get a little louder without the speakers in there, but that was with my old box and amp. I'm going to turn my box around and see if I can get any louder with that. I've also got a little deadening to accomplish in the trunk as well.
