First system...Need some help from you guys.

This is going to be my first system ever and i am pretty **** newb at this stuff. I've been reading the forums for a few weeks but I wont bore you with that.

I am looking for SQ over SQL...I am thinking of getting either:

1 12" Fi-Q ($259)

1 15" Rl-p ($250)

1 15" TC9 ($219)

What I need to know is which one of these can I power the cheapest (around $250) and which amp would u guys recommend for which ever sub u pick?

I'm gonna have someone (probably bbfish or something ) build the box for me...and it will be going into a 98 a camry.
