Looks like you have some pretty good computer skills. If I were you, I would look into the Google SketchUp program. You can put dimensions like that into it and have a 3D image.

I did, but forgot to consider the thickness of the MDF.

Just one question for anyone that knows about this stuff:

What sort of and how much sound absorbing material would I use on the insides of this?

Oh, and another couple questions; what would I use to connect the wires to out side the box? Do I need some sort of connecter block thing to drill onto my box?

since your box is the recommended size for the woofer, you won't need any stuffing.

You have many options for the wiring. You can either use 2 bolts, a terminal cup, push-in connectors, etc. Check out partsexpress.com
