This is my first build so it kind of sucks but im learning and slowly i will get better. I still have to carpet it but that should be easy(hopefully) cant wait for my SX to get in

I suggest using screws to hold the panels together so that you can work more efficiently while the glue dries. otherwise, buy a sander and you'll be good to go //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

looks good...you can just use screws next time and you wont have to clamp it. remember to predrill.

That hole doesent look very big for an 18.. Maybe its just me

I dont exactly have the sub yet but the cut out is 16.75 inches so i cut it a little small so that when i get the sub i can fit it exactly. I didnt want to cut it to big and be S.O.L. so thats why it might look small. I wanted to get the box done while i still had time to. Baseball starts in a month.

Actually I think the tighter the fit the better. Slam it in there. I hate air leaks. But cutting off extra from a hole already cut = a b i t c h.

no i actually used this bucket in the woodshop...yeah i use pretty much anything i can find

that is what i was referring to. if you cut it a little small, it may not even fit enough. if you cut a little larger, it will still fit. notice i say a LITTLE.
