?

2nd one

I dont think I even need bracing, all the edges and corners are covered in resin, fiberglass, and bondo.

yea well my saw is about 8 years old at least, but it worked...probably heavier than that one.....

Lots of you guys use saws like that though??? That thing takes forever to use. have to line everything up, clamp shit down, then account for the inch to 1 1/2" for the guide....shit was a pain in the ***. I guess another part of it was I was just using a little like 3x4 foot table to cut on, so I had to clamp the ruler to the wood on one part, then the wood to the table on another part....

I wish I could have just layed it on top of another piece of wood and just ripped it

Im going to make these pictures bigger when i get home..i didnt know they would be that small when I did the resize option.

Alright, I have a little problem, and need some reccomendations. The subwoofer has a leak around the seal a little bit. I guess its because the face its on is covered in resin, and it is not completely smooth.

What can I use as a gasket for the subwoofer? Would dynamat work you think?

shit dude u used a circular saw. i thought u had used a hand saw. i felt sorry for u for a bit but not now

Well see the main problem was that the guide on the circle saw was not an exact measurement, it was like 1 inch and then within 1/16th of an inch. So I would measure it out, line up the saw to see if it was right on the line or not...if it wasnt, id bump the ruler just a tap, then id bump the other side just a tap...so this is where the problem came into play...since it was between a 1/16th of an inch or so, it was hard to even measure. I have used other circle saws that this problem did not occur...it was 1 1/4 inch guide every time, right on the money, and there was no time wasted...

But back to the gasket for the subwoofer...I can use dynamat, or double sided tape (thick) anything else?
