First Box Help

Hi, I am currently building my first box. I was wondering what the easiest was to cut the hole for the speaker is... I am installing an 8" speaker in this box, and I need to cut a 7.25" hole.

If I can not do it myself, do you think I could take the wood to Home Depot or Lowes and they would do it for me?...

I don't think the Depot can cut holes.... not 100% sure though.

If you have a jig saw, just use it and go slow. Patience = better cuts most of the time.

Drill a hole to get you started. Take a jigsaw and cut the circle. **** Depot/Blowes can't do circle cuts...

using a drill and jigsaw it should be pretty easy. To draw the hole use a compass.
