finally ready to build a new system any suggestions? DD'S ? an what amp to run them?

after allot of research Iv'e finally decided to go with some DD subs but in my area there's only one dealer so I'm looking for a little help as far not getting ripped off and which model to go with. I have an 03' xterra so plenty of room and right now I have a RF 500.1 running an xtant X124 and a RF P400.4 running diamond audio M6's front and back. and only an optima red for power. As far as amps they have an Exile 2500.1 for $ 700 ?? or a m1C ($469) to run 2 - 2512 $700 for the pair or 1 - 2515 for $400 and they are saying it's $100 off the amp if I buy the subs from them. Any suggestion on the prices I'm getting and the set up Iv'e came up with would be appreciated. I still have to think about the box build cost and another battery wiring ETC... should I go another route as far as models an amp? for around $300-400 more I could go with the Exile 2500.1 up to the 3500 2-12"s, 1- 15" ($600) or 1 -18" ($650) I'm just not sure if its worth the extra cash regarding the gain in SPL or SQ? I'm open to any box build suggestions

there were some other forum discussions on different DD model info that stated the 2500's would keep up with the mainstream subs just to clarify what is mainstream anymore? for example how does a 2500 model compare to say a P3 or T1 JL W6 or W7 etc... or am I going to have to go with a 3500 series or above. The xtant I have hits OK off the RF 500.1 mono but I'm looking for an amp sub combo daily use that might get around 135+ db's if possible so would pushing 2 2512's or 1 2515 off a m1c get me close?? I want to stay away from just mainstream subs!

DBs/SPL is an objective measurement. One system can sound louder, and read a lower SPL.

With that said, a single 10 can easily do a 135.

What are you looking for out of a new system sound wise? What kindof music do you listen to? And is that the only battery you plan on running? If so, you could do well off of one sub in a good enclosure. Which I can help with that!

little bit of everything cept country but I love the lows. hip hop somewhere around 30-35 Hz? but its also gonna be a daily. so my red top and maybe a small kinetic or cap-cell for future upgrades which I know I'l be doing. the trucks already stripped and partially deadened so I might as well run the extra power. I'm thinking 1 3515 to start off an CM1 and then strap another. still up in the air as far as the 2 2512's though??? decisions decisions! it's gonna pound regardless I hope and that xterra seems to have good acoustics. I appreciate the help and look forward to your ideas on a box ( remember I got lots of room, IL even throw a port into the front cab if need be!) I checked out your designed and was very impressed...
