Yea i noticed while reading about some of their subs. I've had 3 of their subs so far (12" SE, 12" MX, this 15" destroyer) and this is the first to have the problem. I guess i got unlucky. Anyone know how much something like this would cost to get fixed? I'm paranoid it might happen again even after being fixed during shipping.

when i got my destroyer it was extreamly stiff as well. i didn't have the problem you're listing.. but after i ran it for awhile the cone loosened up alot.

Not RE subs... these junk motors. They are concept CSP motors... 5years old.

Yea I've dealt with some subs that after some playing break-in i guess, i was hoping for same deal here but it made that really bad sound while playing so i'm scared to give it some more power and mess up something even more.

Not RE subs... these junk motors. They are concept CSP motors... 5years old.

i think it's happened with a couple of 05 xxx's also, maybe because most RE subs are more popular and are heavier than most(most motors would shift/break if you dropped them anyway)

the csp motor's have "concept" ingraved in the backplate, are these built by concept also?
