Well, after being without my own personal vehicle until today I have been disconnected with car audio.
I am purchasing a Mazda 626. My budget is low due to being in school most of the year and wanting to pay of the car payment in 3 months along with student loans etc...
I'm not setting a specific budget as I can always just do the high end or low end.
As of now the plan is for
1 AQ SDC 2.5 12"
Lanzar Opti6.1
SS PX1.1300
SS PX2.420
The HU is a Sony that is a few years old. I thought since I already have it and since it works why not..
Wiring will be KNU Fleks 1/0
Any better Idea for 600$ total or less WITH wiring? Or maybe should I only do one part at a time and spend a total of a few hundred more.
For a daily setup no upgraded alt and standard size class battery for the car, I should be okay with around 1000 total watts? that is 80ish amps peak. Basically what could I push it to? I believe the stock alternator is 80 or 90 amps.
So basically, what is an estimate for continuous draw, and what is a battery capable of recovering from when your output surpasses maximum input.
Sorry for the long post, thanks for any input!
