Final System Almost Decided (Help!)

Well ive spent a few days on looking to see what i can do.. and here are my choices..

Option 1

3 Eclipse 12" Aluminum subs wired at a 2.67 load

Option 2

2 Diamond Audio m6 wired at a 2 ohm load

Option 3

Sell My bd1500.1 and get a 1 ohm stable able to dish out 1500-2000 rms so i can use 2 15" eclipse tit subs or even 2 Diamond audio 12" tdx

I could get 2 tdx's right now but u think it would be worth it to power them with just 1 bd1500? Think their rated around 1200-1500 rms each so they would only be a most 1/2 power

Option 4 RF power hx2

My goal here is not to be playing rap but more Trance/Dance/Techo but I have narrowed it down...Any Further help?

Also what would bit the hardest? Im thinking option 1 with 3 12's but somereason im thinking the eclipse tit's will pound the shit out of them

I can't really make up my mind so im gonna ask you audio pros to decide for me!
